The organizing body of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) have released the fixtures for the 2025/2026 football season for the league.
Ikorodu City will be traveling away for their opening game of the season against Kwara United at the Kwara Sports Complex on Sunday 24th August in what is a corresponding early fixture from the previous season.
Last season in our debut NPFL journey, Kwara United away was our third game of the season but was played as our second as Rangers Int’l scheduled for our matchday two fixture were away on the continent.
This fixture last season ended in a goalless draw in Kwara on the back of a 3-0 loss we received from Kano Pillars in Katsina just two weeks earlier. We finished the season with four points from Kwara United.
El Kanemi Warriors (H), Shooting Stars SC (A), Barau FC (H), Niger Tornadoes (A) and Enyimba FC (H) complete our first six fixture for the season.
